RaShun's primary mission is to inspire and rejuvenate educators and make their teaching and administrative life more effective, efficient, and enjoyable. As a professional in the field of Education and Mental Health services, RaShun has dedicated his life to helping educators overcome challenges with compassion and professional guidance. He offers a safe and supportive environment, where clients are encouraged to explore and create new ways of thinking that are empowering and energizing. RaShun partners with his clients as they explore those issues that may be preventing them from maintaining a growth mindset and the quality of life that they deserve. He provides an interactive and collaborative systemic approach utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including but not limited to Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Every client is treated with respect, dignity and positive regard.
 

Education

RaShun has a Masters degree (M.Ed.) in Educational Psychology from Rutgers University and an Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seton Hall University. His work as an educational professional has provided him with an in-depth understanding and skill in working with educators in order to better assist them in becoming "unstuck" in the ever changing world of educational leadership. This leads to an improved emotional well-being and more fulfilling professional and interpersonal relationships that helps you perceive your position as less stressful and more meaningful.
